Who writes your programmes

Meet James

Most of the people I write for come to me carrying the same thing: an old injury, a decade or two of being told it's just their age, and a quiet acceptance that this is as good as it gets. Far more often than not, it isn't. Programme around a restriction instead of into it, and the body usually has more left in it than anyone led them to believe.

Every programme I write is built around the quiet, important work: muscle imbalances, stability, control, and movement that holds up in real life. Old knees, stiff shoulders, stubborn lower backs. I'm based in Bath, coaching 1-2-1 locally and writing programmes for people anywhere.
