Who you'll be training with

Meet James

For around 15 years I've worked with bodies that carry some mileage — including people who'd lived with injuries for decades and been told to simply put up with them.

My focus is the quiet, important work: muscle imbalances, stability, control, and movement that holds up in real life. Old knees, stiff shoulders, stubborn lower backs — I train around them, not in spite of them, until moving feels like something your body wants rather than dreads. Functional training that earns its place.
