I was recommended to James by someone in my circuit training class. Having had a stroke at a young age and plateaued in my recovery I was becoming frustrated at my lack of progress. James has been absolutely fantastic- patient, understanding and encouraging. Not only have I felt a huge improvement in my strength, balance and co-ordination but people around me have started to notice and ask how I have achieved it. I have been using James for 3 some months now. The majority of exercises are sipmple-but extremely effective. At the age of 66, it's important that my joints are in good condition and James' range of exercises promote the flexibility of my joints, in fact my whole body... I have felt great benefit from these exercises.
James and I have been working together for a few months now on increasing my overall fitness in order to compete in a Tough Mudder Event. Where do i start! James Baker is different from other personal trainers. He takes the train smarter not just harder approach. With his nutritional programming, careful planning and exercise techniques how could you not be successful? Its almost impossible to fail!!! Approach him now and start succeeding. Its simple really :)
