So first of all find a friend to complete ths workout with, or if you are feeling particularly brave you cold try it alone. Pick someone who is going to go first. The first person will start each round and complete as many of each exercise as possible. When they can't do anymore person number two starts. They do as many as they can, then number one starts again, keep doing this until 100 reps of each exercise have been complete between you. You need to push each other to keep going but then also try and beat each other too!
The exercises we're going to do today are:
- press ups
- vertical jumps
- side lunges
- sit ups
- backward lunges
And, if that isn't enough of a workout for you the we'd suggest completeing it a second time, or even going for 150 or 200 as a target in the first round. If you're brave enough!
