So, simplicity is key. We're going to complete one exercise a number of times each day for a whole week. But before we start just have a think about how your body is feeling. Take a minute or two to move around, do some lunges and squats to test out tightness and flexibility. Have a think and listen to how your body is feeling. The reason behind this is to try and see if we can make a difference to how your body is feeling!
