To start with you need about 15-20m where you can run at high speed safely. On fact that's pretty much all you need for this workout. Here goes!
Sprint out 15-20m, turn around and sprint back to where you started.
Immediately do 10 burpees
Followed by 10 press ups
Followed by 10 squat jumps
Repeat these exercises 3 times through (not the sprinting) and then have a little rest, say a minute or so.
Now repeat the whole set 4 or 5 times; sprint, burpees, press ups, squat jumps, burpees, press ups, squat jumps, burpees press ups, squat jumps.
The idea is to get through each set as fast as you can,rest then repeat at high speed again.
You can also play around with it to make it easier or harder. Sprint a shorter distance, sprint between each exercise, change the exercises... The list is endless!
